The Team Lead for Beauty Advisors will be responsible to apply innovative critical thinking skills to ensure proactive inclusive leadership and direction in the area of sales coverage and growth, team leadership, management and performance. Lead a team to superior quarterly and annual performance through the deployment of key initiatives, sales initiatives, training, tools and the development of sales plans. This position includes the management of a large sales and education team located across a respective market, calling on key partner sales and operational management and deploying within key retailer’s. In partnership with sales management, this role will also be responsible for personally developing critical relationships within the retailer and the ABH corporate team.
